So I know that VLD is getting taken off of Netflix at the end of this year, so where will it go next? I've heard some speculation about Peacock because of Dreamworks, but I'm not sure they would move the full series over there.

But that also raises another question: If it gets moved to Peacock or some other streaming service, then could we possibly get more VLD content? The rushed and seemingly abrupt end to the series, as well as its popularity, could lead to Dreamworks picking up the series or creating a spin-off. They might have been waiting for it to be removed from Netflix before creating more content, knowing that it wouldn't be on Netflix for very long before their contract expired.

What would your ideal send-off/spin-off be in the VLD universe?

(I also don't have the additional funds for a Netflix account, so I'm hoping that it moves to a free service, which is a near impossibility, I know. But I can hope.)

So we know that Keith is Part-Galra. But what if he was something called a Phera?

Yes I made that up, Pherai (plural term for Phera) is also another headcanon.

Anyways, Pherai are hybrids, a cross between a were-phoenix and Galra. They generally take the form of a human, and never really find out about being a Phera until they turn 18, or when they get killed and then do the whole "phoenix, rise up from the ashes" sorta thing. The only exception to this is if they get told about it at a young age. Generally they don't get told though, due to the fact that Pherai can be dangerous, so any Pherai get taken away, but not to be killed, but instead trained to be police officers, or be in the military, etc.

I imagine Keith's Phera form to be similar to Ajna's Heruka form from Indivisible, with the 3 red eyes, tusks and black scales. I also imagine him to have the normal purple Galra skin tone, and yellow scurla. On top of that to add onto the Phoenix part, he would have phoenix wings and tail, but they would be light purple/white instead of the normal red/orange/yellow that fire usually is.

I have a fun lil convo altho it does contain mentions of cannibalism so you have been warned.

Keith, to distract the Galra so Shiro and the others have planning time: So due to the fact that I'm a Phera, which is only partially a Galra... if I did something that would usually be considered treason, could I get away with it, due to the fact I wasn't raised here, and therefore not considered a citizen of wherever you guys live?

Random Galra: Why do you ask...?

Keith: Well because of a random thought I had - if i ate a Galra for whatever reason, would it be considered cannibalism, or could i get away with it because I'm not fully Galran?

Random Galra 2: I-Is he stupid?

I just started re-watching Voltron and I realized how much I missed it. It's, by far, one of my favorite shows ever. I don't expect anyone to respond to this post since most of the fandoms I like are super dead, but I'm still doing it anyway.

It´s been a while since I have seen Voltron Legendary Defender. However, Keith Kogane as mysterious as he is has always been a favorite for me. I don´t know what it is about him but he is charming and caring despite his cold Nature and attitude. I remember when he said that the reason he was untrusting is that his mother abandoned him. I felt terrible to hear him say that but it´s made him a strong fighter and an even better leader to team Voltron. He may be hard to work with but he is also super strong and fast. I don´t think anyone else can come close to matching his stats. I was sad to see him leave team Voltron and join the blades of Marmora. I think he comes back to team Voltron later after realizing it doesn´t matter whether he´s galra or not he is still their leader. When he realizes they need him he finally figures out that he belongs with team Voltron and chooses to stay with them as their new leader and takes Shiro´s place as the black paladin. It also made me sad to see him get his butt beat by an enemy any scene where the enemy is stronger than him and beats the crap out of him without giving him a chance to strike back was sad. It did help him get stronger even though he got beaten nearly to death he did learn and grow stronger as a result and he never made the same mistakes in battle twice he learned from his mistakes. which is one of the many reasons Keith Kogane was my favorite in Voltron Legendary defender. He is such an awkward sweet guy under that tough rock-like exterior and such a softy when he wants to be. Overall, Keith Kogane is one of the best paladins in Voltron and I was always fascinated by his combat skill and style. So if you find yourself watching the show like I used to try to see who is your favorite and maybe like me you may have a reason to want to rewatch Voltron Legendary Defender.
